I'm not a punt; I'm a calculated risk that has enormous upside, and I want to repay that faith in bucketloads back.

  • Ensuring that after my initial taste of the industry, working consistently professionally and in my volunteering to put myself into a position to now be working in the industry, and becoming part of SportsGrad to further grow in the industry.

Adrian's interest in sport all started from getting a taste of working in the industry

I not only love sport, but after having a taste of the industry and then moving away from it, I realised that the burning desire to be back amongst it, live and breathe the conversations and keep my finger on the pulse of the industry, means that I know it will be the only industry I'm truly driven in for the life of my career
