My study has focused on athlete development, performance analysis, sport psychology, sports sociology, and statistics. These courses gave me practical insight into how to support athletes and teams through data-driven decision-making, effective planning, and a deeper understanding of motivation and performance under pressure.

Cameron's interest in sport all started from the belief that work stops feeling like work once it's built around something you genuinely love, and for him, that's sport.
I've always resonated with the idea and quote 'Find a job you love, and you will never have to work a day in your life.' My love and passion for sport lead me to believe that working within the sports industry would do just that for me.

The mental and physical challenges that athletes experience once retiring from sport
The increasing prices of merchandise, ticketing and accessibility that events such as the 2026 FIFA World Cup are creating, shrinking the demographic and introducing kids and others from all over the world to experience sport.

A group setting with approachable people, having fun and enjoying what they do, but also focused and driven to achieve goals
When have you had to show resilience in your life or career?
I had a Covid-19 related heart condition, meaning I couldn't exercise for 3 months. This made me reassess how I was spending my life, and motivated me to complete a 70.3 Ironman the following year.

What’s your ideal holiday?
Going and doing a full Europe trip, visiting different countries and learning about the history and culture, as well as going to live sporting events, including watching Chelsea, the Tour De France, watching the Darts at Alexandra Palace, watching an Ashes test, and going to see The Open.
If you had 30 minutes to pick the brain of anyone, who would it be and why?
Kerry O’Keefe because I feel it'd be mental inside his brain and the stories would make me laugh the entire time uncontrollably
What’s one book or podcast that’s helped your career you recommend?
Out Of The Rough By Steve Williams was an inspiration for me to get involved and take my chances in the sporting industry which is partly why I have enrolled in the course
