Sayak’s interest in sport all started from a longstanding passion for sport and a love for the energy behind the scenes

For as long as I can remember, sports have been my passion and go-to thing to watch. Working in the sports industry will be like not working even a single day, as I live sports all day. Love the vibe and behind-the-scenes work during a sports event.

I’d like to build a long-term career in the sports industry, ideally working in fan engagement, sports communications, or major event operations, helping organisations create stronger connections with fans through storytelling and live experiences.

Sport teaches resilience, discipline, handling pressure, and the value of consistency.

I would love to tell stories, analysing performance, and helping others connect with the game on a deeper level.

  • In life, leaving my job back in India and moved to Sydney. Trying to have a fresh start to my goal of working in the sports industry in Australia.
