What sporting problem keeps Andrew up at night?
The decline of youth participation in sport. With screen time at an all-time high, many kids would rather play on their PlayStation than go outside and kick the footy.

What kind of environment do you thrive in?
I thrive in an environment where I'm able to grow and develop as both an employee and a person.
When have you had to show resilience in your life or career?
My biggest story of resilience was when I was diagnosed with cancer almost 2 years ago. Going through chemotherapy and fighting through that demonstrates my determination, perseverance, and strong mindset during times of adversity.

If you had 30 minutes to pick the brain of anyone, who would it be and why?
Gillon McLachlan, as I've always been inspired by how he seems like such a good human, as well as someone who always seems to make the right move in the organisation he works for. He did an awesome job with the AFL and seems to be doing a great job with TAB now.
What’s one book or podcast that’s helped your career you’d recommend?
Atomic Habits by James Clear, as improving by just 1% every day can make you vastly improve over the years to come.

Where in the world are you located, and where are you open to work?
Living in Melbourne, and open to work preferably in Melbourne, but if the right opportunity were to arise, then I'd definitely consider.
What is the most important consideration for you in your next role?
I want to be a part of an organisation where growth is encouraged, and have an organisation that is as committed to me as I am to them.
