What sporting problem keeps Leah up at night?
One problem I would love to solve is how clubs can improve their women’s pathways programs to keep women and young girls in the sport long-term.

I thrive in a collaborative environment because I believe that teamwork fuels innovation and success. I excel at sharing ideas, actively listening to others, and building strong relationships with colleagues.
When have you had to show resilience in your life or career?
In my previous role, I had to adapt to the company changing its systems to improve day-to-day operations. During that time, it taught me to always remain positive and embrace it as an opportunity to learn about how this system can improve the day-to-day operations.

What are your interests outside of work?
I enjoy going to the gym/walking.
I also love trying out new restaurants/bars/cafes in Sydney.
What is your favourite sporting moment?
My favourite sporting moment would be the 2019 State of Origin series - Game 3, when James Tedesco scored the match-winning try.
What’s your ideal holiday?
My ideal holiday is in Queenstown, New Zealand. It’s a very peaceful place and rejuvenates the soul.
If you had 30 minutes to pick the brain of anyone, who would it be and why?
It would be Mel Robbins, and the reason is that I would love to learn more about her practical strategies for overcoming self-doubt and building confidence in the workplace.
