In the Sports industry i have coached for 5 years, 5 in junior local competiton, 2 in NSW Youth Championship in cricket which i won one title. Have got a level 2 cricket coaching certificate. I currently work at Cricket NSW as a Cricket Blast coordinator

I'm strong in communication, teamwork, time management, research

Microsoft
What qualifications, certifications, or degrees do you hold?
I have a level 2 cricket coaching certificate and have graduated with a degree in sports and business management
Because I will wear the badge or Hat with pride.
I'll be someone that's willing to learn but at the same time make it my job to make me/us 1% better then others a day
Swaraj’s interest in sport all started from a chance opportunity to coach his brother’s cricket team
I have been involved in sports since childhood. Like majority of the kids, I played soccer, tennis and cricket at junior club level. Apart from playing I enjoy watching sports. I have always been passionate about sports and a chance opportunity to assist the coach of my brother's cricket team ignited and fueled this passion even further. The ability to guide the boys, seeing them adapting to my instructions and improving their performance led to my strong desire to be part of the sport industry.

What kind of environment do you thrive in?
I thrive in a happy and relaxed environment where everyone is there to help everyone and become the best version of ourselves if it's a group environment I also thrive by myself as I tend to think out loud
When have you had to show resilience in your life or career?
I've shown resilience when I injured my back pretty badly a few years ago with that I couldn't do anything or play sports. But I've managed to bounce back and not give up and push through the pain and so far, I've become much better.
In sports I've bounced back after losing consecutive semifinals in coaching but last year, through our resilience, determination and grit, we prevailed and won the comp.

I love watching different sports, playing video games and just chilling with friends.
What is your favourite sporting moment?
Manchester City winning the Premier League in 2012
What’s your ideal holiday?
A trip around Europe
If you had 30 minutes to pick the brain of anyone, who would it be and why?
Hugo Viana, recently appointed director of Manchester City. I want to know how he handles everything from contracts, transfers to etc. What's his thought process and how to make it smooth sailing like he has done with Man City in his short time

Where in the world are you located, and where are you open to work?
Living in Sydney, but open to work in Sydney for now but don't mind working anywhere
What is the most important consideration for you in your next role?
To go in the right direction in what I want to work in. Have a good role model/staff to get me there and mainly to gain experience
